GET INVOLVED
It will come as no surprise to AWU members in QHealth that it is not going to be easy to get the outcomes we want in the upcoming EBA 2008 negotiations. Experience tells us that, despite the logic and fairness of our position, QHealth will not concede anything easily.
We need to be ready to apply significant pressure on management and the politicians. To do this we need the maximum number of workers to be active members of the Union, we need to be prepared for a tough campaign, we need to work together and be organised, and we need to get the wider community behind us.
The success of this important campaign will need to be built upon the active involvement of our members. We need to all stand strong and proud, shoulder-to-shoulder to make sure we're not ignored and our needs are not dismissed
Your involvement might be as simple to talking about the campaign with your work mates, oryou might be involved in a range of campaign activities. Every contribution is extremely important and could have a significant impact on the outcome of the campaign.
Below are links to two forms you can use to register your interest in playing an active role in the campaign.
